Whenever I need good quality brass ironmongery, i wld go to Equipdesign. At this last visit, I needed quite a number of brass locks to replace the faulty locks on my existing doors. Sansan went through the details with me, technical dimensions to fit the cut-out on the door panels etc, and recommended me the appropriate locks at a reasonable price. Response to my requirement was very prompt with excellent followup to ensure that all was working well with my doors. Job well done!!!
