When I could not fix my faulty door knob despite buying the replacement spare parts from them, the Sales Manager Dora was kind enough to send her colleague Nathan to my place without any extra cost. I have bought 8 lock sets from them previously when their shop was located at Plaza Singapura, and I am glad that they still bother to provide after sales service.
